At AstroWorld Azad Pandit, we strive to provide the highest quality astrology consultations and services. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary, and we are committed to handling such requests fairly and transparently.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date. Requests beyond this period will not be considered.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: You were charged but the consultation or service was not provided
- Technical Failure: A technical error on our platform prevented you from receiving the service
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same service
- Astrologer Unavailability: Our astrologer was unable to attend a pre-booked session and no rescheduling was offered
- Wrong Service Charged: You were billed for a different service than what you requested
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The consultation has already been completed
- Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or advice (as astrology is belief-based)
- Change of mind after a session has commenced
- Failure to attend a booked session without prior cancellation
- Refund request submitted after 7 days of service date
- Services availed through special offers, discounts, or promotional codes
- Digital products such as downloaded reports or e-books
Astrology is a spiritual and belief-based service. We cannot guarantee specific results, and dissatisfaction with predictions is not grounds for a refund.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@astroworldazadpandit.in with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, registered email, order/booking ID, and reason for refund
- Attach any relevant screenshots or proof of payment
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation with our decision

You receive an email confirming approval or rejection of the refund.

Refund Processed (5–7 Business Days)
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
If you need to cancel a booked consultation:
- More than 24 hours before: Full refund will be issued
- 12–24 hours before: 50% refund will be issued
- Less than 12 hours before: No refund will be issued
- No-show: No refund will be issued
To cancel, please contact us via email or WhatsApp at least 12 hours in advance with your booking details.
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern by emailing our senior support team at support@astroworldazadpandit.in with the subject line "Refund Dispute".
We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably and will respond within 3 business days. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
